Ordering
We want you to be totally satisfied with the fit and concept of any of our products. If you are unsure and would like to try before you are fully committed - no problem, simply create and order as normal but when you are asked about the prescription add a comment that you would like to have the it sent to you 'empty' and we will arrange for it to be sent with an empty insert to you.
If you are not happy with the fitting you can simply return it to us and we will refund your card less 1 ukpound to cover packaging.
If you are happy with the fit, quality and concept then let us know and we will make up the prescription to a new insert and send this on. When you get the new prescription insert just send the empty one back to us. - couldn't be simpler.
